Job Description

We are hiring Customer Care Executives for a Live Chat Support role with an international process.

This is a chat-based customer support position where selected candidates will assist customers through live chat.

Job Overview:

  • Work Location: Sihanoukville, Cambodia
  • Process: US-Based Chat Support
  • Shift: US Night Shift (Fixed Schedule)
  • Work Type: Professional Chat Support Role
  • Contract: 1-Year Employment Contract

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries through live chat

  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Follow company guidelines and schedules
